WATCH: Sergio Perez Enacts Max Verstappen’s $53,000 Penalty as Red Bull Pair Take On New Shenanigans

Red Bull is back to its shenanigans again by bringing its two F1 drivers to engage in some extra-curricular activities. With everything that Red Bull does, it becomes difficult to remember that it is an energy drink at heart. Every other activity is to synonymize activities with the energy drink and motivate the F1 fans. And for most of it, it works.

Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez often find themselves in a situation where they are caught doing some unusual tasks given by the team. In the latest video on the channel, the famous 1-2 finishing duo is called in to play a game at the beach, where there is an RB20. While the premise remains to keep the RB20 safe, there is a huge twist to the video. Check it out

Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez’s interesting beach shoot

The video starts with the two Red Bull drivers getting to see a sculpture of the RB20. Verstappen reads the note that explains the rules of the task. The note states, “Dear Max and Cheo, seeing as you are both so good at protecting your cars on track and delivering results, we wanted to challenge you both to see how well you can protect this beautiful RB20 sculpture from working together. You must answer questions correctly to keep the RB20 intact. “

With this, the trivia questions about internet security started, and the first question was, “What term refers to the practice of sending fraudulent emails disguised as legitimate ones?” Verstappen got that one correct as he replied, “Phishing.”  The second question was one for Checo, asking, “What is Max known for saying on the radio at the end of a race with a good result?” The Mexican didn’t remember the right answer, leading to the drivers asking to destroy the RB20 sculpture with water hoses. But the right answer was, “Simply lovely.”

The game continued with many questions asked about Internet security, as the video was to promote one of their sponsors, Arctic Wolf. After a round of questions and answers where the duo got almost half the questions correct, the RB20 was ready to live another day. Until Sergio Perez and Max Verstappen went all ham on it. The two drivers, who often finish races with their cars in tip-top conditions, took the opportunity to enjoy some wreckless handling of an RB20. That being said, this is not the only time the two have teamed up outside F1 for a quiz.

Max Verstappen’s and Sergio Perez’s Gen Z knowledge

Another interesting quiz that the Red Bull duo did was the Gen Z quiz, where they were tested on their knowledge of the new-age lingo. The first word was “Drip” a word with which neither of the two drivers was familiar. Despite being born in the Gen Z era, Verstappen shows how disconnected he is from the fad.

The next terminology was “Spill the tea” and this Verstappen took a guess, answering, “[To] Explain what’s up. You know, like what’s going on? Come on, man, spill the tea.” Perez confirmed, asking if he meant to give us the gossip. The term Bussin was next, and neither of the drivers could tell what it meant correctly.

Heading to the next term, which was an abbreviation, “TFW”, puzzled both the drivers, as they had never heard of this term before. When they gave up, the final answer, ” The feeling when” was revealed. Finally, the last term was “Slaps” which means many forms of good and amazing, which was not guessed by Verstappen or Perez. The interview concluded with the defending world champion saying he does not feel like he is Gen Z after this test.
